There's a fine old tradition in Boston's snowy winter neighborhoods --- if you shovel out your car on the street, that spot is yours if you mark it with an old kitchen chair, a barrel, or a traffic cone.   Well, even as the Mayor is trying to undo that folktale, it's being re-created on Flickr.
